Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

To cook chicken thighs in an air fryer, you will need:

4-6 chicken thighs, depending on the size of your air fryer

– Olive oil or cooking spray – Salt and pepper, or your preferred seasonings

Here's how to do it:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Lightly coat the chicken thighs with olive oil or cooking spray and season them with salt and pepper, or your preferred seasonings.

Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.

Cook the chicken thighs for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).

Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the chicken thighs. They are done when they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).

Once the chicken thighs are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Enjoy your air fryer chicken thighs! You can serve them with a variety of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a salad.
